Strategic solutions

Organize the vision. Build what comes next.

Six connected areas of support—from ideation and planning through formation, governance, operations, and growth.

THE PATH TO IMPACT SIG

The right support.
At the right stage.

  1. 01

    The vision

    What are you building?

  2. 02

    The foundation

What needs to be in place?

  3. 03

    The next move

    What matters most now?

Think clearly. Build deliberately. Move forward.

STRATEGY IMPACT GROUP

Ideas, foundations, and growth—connected.

What strategy looks like in practice

From the first idea to the next chapter.

Choose the support your organization needs now. Each area can stand alone or become part of a clearly scoped engagement.

01 / IDEATION

Ideation & Business Models

Move from scattered ideas to a defined audience, a compelling offer, and practical assumptions you can test before committing more time and resources.

  • Idea and opportunity assessment
  • Audience, problem, and value-proposition map
  • Offer and business-model outline
02 / PLANNING

Strategic Planning

Connect your vision to defined goals, resource decisions, accountable owners, and a roadmap your team can actually use.

  • Current-state and priority assessment
  • Vision, goals, and strategic priorities
  • Sequenced implementation roadmap
03 / FORMATION

Formation & Launch Guidance

Organize the decisions, responsibilities, documentation, and next steps behind a new business, nonprofit, or mission-driven initiative.

  • Formation and launch decision checklist
  • Ownership, purpose, and responsibility discussion
  • Document and filing coordination roadmap
04 / GOVERNANCE

Governance & Leadership

Help boards, founders, and leadership teams clarify roles, establish decision processes, and maintain the records that support responsible leadership.

  • Governance and responsibility assessment
  • Board or leadership role map
  • Meeting and decision-record framework
05 / OPERATIONS

Operations & Execution

Create practical structure around people, handoffs, recurring work, and follow-through so fewer priorities depend on memory or one person.

  • Workflow and bottleneck assessment
  • Roles, responsibilities, and handoff map
  • Priority procedure outlines and operating rhythm
06 / GROWTH

Growth & Ongoing Advisory

Evaluate expansion, new programs, partnerships, and changing priorities with practical guidance grounded in the organization you have—and the one you want to build.

  • Growth opportunity and capacity assessment
  • Expansion or partnership priorities
  • Decision support and implementation checkpoints

The strategy behind the structure

A strong organization
is built deliberately.

Clarity about the goal. Confidence in the foundation. Discipline in the next move.

01

Clear direction

Know what matters and what can wait.

02

Sound foundations

Align roles, decisions, and operating priorities.

03

Practical momentum

Turn the plan into accountable next steps.

Our process

A clear path from vision to action.

A practical sequence for the agreed scope. Some engagements focus on one decision; others move through the full cycle.

  1. 01

    Clarify

Understand the vision, stage, constraints, and decision ahead.

    A defined priority
  2. 02

    Assess

Review the information, gaps, and capacity behind the goal.

    A grounded starting point
  3. 03

    Design

Build the agreed plan, framework, or practical deliverables.

    A usable strategy
  4. 04

    Activate

Assign next steps, owners, and a realistic sequence of work.

    An action roadmap
  5. 05

    Review

Evaluate progress and decide what to adjust or strengthen.

    An informed next move

Clear expectations

A few questions before we begin.

Start with the outcome you need. We can help identify the smallest useful scope.

Can you help if I only have an idea?

Yes. Ideation support starts with your concept, audience, and constraints. It helps define the next questions and tests—not promise that an idea will succeed.

Do you work with nonprofits, businesses, and churches?

Yes. The work is adapted to your purpose, organizational stage, leadership structure, and operating context.

How do projects differ from monthly support?

A project has defined deliverables and an agreed endpoint. Monthly support provides an agreed amount of recurring advisory or coordination capacity. Neither includes unlimited work.

Does formation support include filings or legal advice?

Not automatically. The scope distinguishes organizational guidance and coordination from filings, legal drafting, tax services, and other regulated work. Legal services are offered only where authorized and under an appropriate engagement.

Can you also help with funding, IP, compliance, websites, or AI?

Yes. Explore the Strategy family links for those service areas. They are separately scoped and are not automatically bundled into strategy packages.

Will this guarantee revenue, funding, or business success?

No. Our work supports planning and informed decisions. Results depend on execution, resources, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
